Enlightened

I think i see the problem now.

I was asking God to teach me how to forgive and how not to be harsh.
For anger always clouded my eyes and make my mouth speaks no good.

Why do anger, hate and frustration come in the first place?
Because there was no love, or maybe lack of love.
If love was there/ enough of it, it will override the anger, and set things right.
God is love.

So the ultimate reason is that I don't have God in me.
Or maybe, lack of God in my life.

If that is so, I hope, I pray God,
please stay with me, and do not leave me,
for whatever circumstances,
because I wish to learn about you,
God, and about love.
Teach me to be more like you,
so that i could love.
Please, do not let anger and hatred overwhelmed me.
I want to use your power, the Power of God and Power of love,
to drive anger and hatred out of my life.
Please.

Amen.

Perspective.

Somehow some incidents had inspired me to write down some of my ways in seeing things. Or rather, i would want to see it that way. =)

1. Everybody has thier own choice in doing things. it's their own life, and they should be accountable for itthey are the one who responsible to their own life,
so whatever choices they made/ action they do it's up to themselves.
I dont have the right to comment anything about their choicesbecause, im not responsible for it.
So, do not bothered of their actions.

Before I move on to the second perspective, i would like to share about my opinion on input, outcome, and judgement.

Outcome, produced by input. It's the final presentation of all the inputs.

Input produces outcome. It can be multifactorial.
For example, input can be the genetic factor, the environment we are staying, hardwork/effort we put in, the people we met who helped us, tricks and shortcut we have used.
.

  • Judgement is how people look at the outcome, the thought and opinion of a person/people of the outcome.

2. I shall always be judged by their outcome, not the input.

  • Outcome is the thing that we can see, interpret and judge.
  • but input we cant, there're so many unknown inside it.

For example, if someone murder a person intentionally (Outcome) ,no matter the intention was good or bad (input),
to decide whether or not he would be charged is based on the fact that whether he have conduct a murder action intentionally. Not based on whether the intention was good or bad.

Another example:
if a person is lazy to practice, but he is talented and able to perform his job satisfactory/ well,
You can only degrade/demerit him if he didn't perform well, but you cannot degrade/demerit his performance simply because he is lazy.
Vice versa, if a person is hardworking, but he is still unable to cope with his job and perform badly,
You still have to degrade/ demerit him as he didn't perform well, despite of his hardwork in doing things.

3. I shall not judge one's input based on merely the outcome.

I dont buy the idea that if someone say he produced such a bad outcome is due a specific reason or he/she produced good outcome become of a specific reason before i have the full knowledge about what is going on in the inputs.
So many other factors of input could have influenced the outcome.

  • Some people put in lots of hardwork, lucky to be  born smart/born in a rich family/ met people who helped them, able to cheat out of the way, BUT IN THE END THEY ALL GET A GOOD OUTCOME.

Some people are lazy, unlucky to be born less smart/ in a poorer family/ didn't met people who helped them/ got caught being cheating SO AT THE END THEIR OUTCOME WAS BAD.
    .
    4. Judgement is what people think you deserve out of your outcome, not what you think you deserve.

One might think that he didn't deserve these judgement/ treatment because he could have deserve much better. As i have mentioned in the first section above, everybody have their own choice in everything, which include how they decide to look at your outcome. There's nothing we can do about it. They have their right to judge, but I have my own choice whether or not to accept what their judgement too.

"Extra" works, "Extra" Question

How do you view this thing?

To me,
Only the works given outside of the scope are consider extra.
How can it be extra when it's within the job scope?
Oh probably to this kind of people, they never knew what is their job scope.
Or probably to them, not doing anything is their job scope,
so doing anything/ performing any work, is already considered extra. LOL.

Most people scare when they are given extra works/ questions,
is because they know that they didn't prepare more than enough/required,
and they are worried that they would not be able to perform/answer the work/question given.

Things goes both ways.
It depends on how you view it.
You can blame people when they give you extra work/ question,
saying that they trying to make your life difficult.
But why not you take it as a challenge, and improve yourself?

When a person give you extra work/question which is outside the scope,
if you are able to perform/ answer, you should be thankful to the person gave you a chance to get a bonus mark/ impression from the others.
If you are unable to answer, it will not cause you to lose any mark/impression because it is clearly that it is outside of your scope and it is actually not your responsibility to possess the skill/knowledge.
However, you should still be thankful to the person, because he/she exposed you to a new subject/issue that is outside your knowledge for you to explore.

Lazy and arrogant people will always dislike that these extra works,
because they don't want/ they think they don't need to learn more new things.
But people who are humble and willing to learn will always like these extra works, because they know that is an opportunity for them to explore and learn.
