WONG FU 4 LYFE

So my new year resolution are coming on their way.
As I blogged before this on 5 january 2012, I hope I could meet some online celebrities this year.
One day after my blogpost which is 6 Jan 2012,
Wong Fu Productions announce that they are coming to Malaysia on 4 February 2012.

I got so excited,
 I thought my dream was about to came true.
Since I missed quite a number of my favourite celebrities shows in Malaysia.
I missed Jayesslee and David Choi last year.
And this year I'm really dying to meet and great Wong Fu Production this year.
I missed David's concert because I have final exam on the day of his show,
so I couldn't make it.
I didn't make it for Jayess's concert,
it's because my boyfriend say they perform the show with other artists,
which I might not be a big fan of them,
so it is not worth of paying that much money just to see Jayess singing for a few minutes.
Besides, Jayess's concert is quite far away in Cheras,
we won't be able to make it since my boyfriend will work till quite late.

I told my boyfriend I am a super big fan of Wong Fu.
Then he said, why not we keep these money from Jayesslee's concert,
and next time if Wong Fu are coming to Malaysia,
we'll use these money to meet and greet Wong Fu.
Although I was disappointed that time, but I told myself i'll be even happier if I could meet Wong Fu.

I talked to my parents and my boy friend today,
happily telling them my dream is coming true.
Wong Fu are coming to Malaysia, and I finally have a chance to meet them.
My favourite artists.

I told them it cost RM95 for general admission ticket.

general admission ticket itself can get free poster+ meet and greet + Q&A.

This means with RM95 I can talk to wong fu personally,

take picture with them and probably get to shake their hands too!
And for this RM 95 it will be a majority Wong Fu show,
which means most of the time it will be Wong Fu performing,
since there's only 2 other performers are joining them.
Besides they are selling their merchandise too.
I have been wanting to buy some awkward animals but due to the expensive shipping fee I didn't buy them.
Since they are coming here this time, I would be able to get them at a cheaper price!!!!
It's really exciting!!!!

However the reply and answers from my parents and my boyfriend are disappointing.
This time, they have some other reasons to turn me down AGAIN.
Yes, AGAIN.
I know I won't be able to meet my favourite artist this time AGAIN.
Although this time I'm on holiday (I got plenty of time),
and the show is just 10 minutes drive away (at Taylor's Lakeside campus),
I won't be able to join.
And somehow deep in my heart I know if I miss this chance,
I won't have another chance to meet Wong Fu anymore.
Because unlike singers, they have only experiences and videos to share,
which make them less popular to be invited overseas.

If you're asking me am I upset?
I would say yes.
But what to do?
Life still has to go on.
Like David sings,
This and That is life.

Dear Phil, Ted, and Wes from Wong Fu Productions,
Thank you for coming to Malaysia.
It is my biggest dream ever to meet you guys,
at least just once in my life.

Meeting us or not doesn't make a difference in your life,

since you guys do not know every fan of yours after all.
But still you guys gave a chance for us fans to meet you guys.
If there's another chance to meet and great you guys,
I hope I can make it.
