I was having dinner with my fiance yesterday.
We went to this really authentic japanese restaurant and had some nice japanese food.
After a tiring day, we both sat down and start releasing our anger and frustration,
and some unpleasant moment in our work place.
The presence of the nice looking food and delicious do lighten up our day a little,
but what's really making me happy was this small little girl sitting next to our table.
This family of three (father, mother with the kid),
sat at the table next to us after a minute or 2 we arrived.
This adorable toddler
(who later I found that she is just nearly 2 years old)
was seated facing to our table.
She speaks fluent chinese at her age
with full of emotions and expressions.
I am very surprised that a toddler at this age could understand and speaks so well.
Simple conversation between the toddler and her mum brighten up my gloomy day.
It reminds me that simplicity is a bliss.
Just like the kid and the her parents,
having a simple dinner and talk about the delicious food,
rather than bringing all our anger and frustration from office back to home.
Haha, hopefully my kids in the future will be as bright as her,
or even brighter than her.
Then i'll know that being home to spend time with family is a bliss.
Haha!
Just found a picture of a toddler who look like her.
Big eyes, chubby face, and the pleasent smile. =)
